All Green Smoothie

⅓ cup water
½ cucumber
Juice of ½ lime
¼ avacado
Handful of greens of choice (spinach or lettuce)
1 medium sized green apple w/seeds removed
6 ice cubes.

Simply blend until smooth. Be careful not to add too much avocado to keep the consistency like a juice. Too much will make it like pudding instead of juice.

Tri-Berry Smoothie

2 tbsp chia seeds
handful of raw almonds – around 20 pieces
6 oz water
1 orange
handful of frozen raspberries
4 frozen strawberries
handful of frozen blueberries
handful of baby spinach
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to the blender. Use frozen berries because they’re always ready to use. You can get a premixed berry mixture, but adding them separately you can get more variety in flavor by changing the ratios or leaving out one kind of berry entirely. Use peeled raw soaked almonds, though you can safely use unsoaked raw almonds.

Peach Smoothie

Combine 6 ice cubes
Cardamom seeds from one pod
2 ripe peaches (with skin on)
⅓ cup almonds (peeled)
½ cup frozen Mango
1 tsp honey.

Blend on high until smooth (about 40 sec).
Makes 3 cups.
